Bangladesh Labor Law, Compliance, Factory HR Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and check attendance and duty roster every day.
∎ Monitor and control the staff's leave register with proper supervision.
∎ Supervise security department activities, check and make duty roster daily.
∎ Supervise office peon, cleaners, lineman, and night guard duty roster.
∎ Maintain liaison with government authority like labor office, REB, Titas Gas, BIWTA, Fire Service, local police station, UNO, T&T office, Ministry of Environment, Custom Office, etc.
∎ Check and sign all kinds of GRN (RM, PM, Electrical, Maintenance etc).
∎ Check attendance, overtime, lunch allowance, night allowance, refreshment allowance of permanent, casual staff and also daily labor bill.
∎ Monitor computer network, T&T-related problems, manpower related problems etc.
