Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
∎ -Providing support to employees.
∎ -Answering phone calls and emails, handling inquiries and requests.
∎ -Assisting with administrative tasks.
∎ -Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
∎ -Preparing daily reports.
∎ -Handling clients/customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
