Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring compliance in whole factory premises as guided by law, company CoC and company policy-procedures.
∎ Maintain & update employee Personal files from time to time.
∎ Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on daily basis & working for employees' wages & others benefit through mobile financial service or bank account.
∎ Counseling & motivating workers to bring behavioural change for ensuring better productivity & conducting employee orientation programs.
∎ Establishing a strong communication bridge between Management and workers.
∎ Handling disciplinary action procedures as well as grievance procedures as per law.
∎ Maintain healthy relations among all departments of all factory units for better functioning of the organization, industrial relation also counselling & motivating employees about absenteeism.
∎ Ensure General HR & Administration functions as per company policy.
∎ Employee recruitment, training & development, disciplinary action.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Fluency in English both written and speaking.
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized & responsible.
∎ Ability to work as team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
