Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee all administrative operations including office management, facilities, security, and logistics

  • Design and implement employee welfare programs to improve satisfaction and productivity

  • Maintain workplace discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

  • Manage maintenance of buildings, offices, hospital facilities, hotel premises, and staff accommodations

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all business units

  • Supervise transport management including vehicles, drivers, and fuel control

  • Manage vendors and service providers ensuring cost efficiency and service quality

  • Oversee employee support services such as canteen, accommodation, and medical assistance

  • Handle emergencies, incidents, and crisis situations effectively

  • Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures

  • Monitor and control administrative expenses and budgets

  • Maintain records of assets, inventory, and ensure proper utilization

  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth operations

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Lead and supervise administrative staff, security personnel, and support teams
