∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10 to 12 years experience in Agriculture machineries industry The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Transplanter), Seed, Pesticide & Fertilizer.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
∎ Plan and execute effective promotional events to accelerate sales target.
∎ Achieve sales within budgeted cost Be accountable for all of customer credit and account Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery.
∎ Carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating the database on crop acreage, market size and share and strength of the companies are working in your territory for maximizing market share.
∎ Lead the marketing team.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients Developing market for Agri-Machinery products (Combine Harvester, Reaper) Seeds, Pesticide and other Agricultural products; increasing sales within the defined territory
∎ Any other task given by the management
