Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Target Achievement

  • Drive credit card acquisition through direct sales teams and partner/alliances channels.

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.

  • Implement zonal sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Ensure quality sourcing, activation, and portfolio sustainability.

Team Management & Performance Coaching

  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage Sales Executives and Team Leaders.

  • Monitor daily productivity, conversion ratios, and sales pipelines.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured coaching for improvement.

  • Build a performance-driven, disciplined, and ethical sales culture.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Maintain close liaison with CRM, Operations (OPS), Credit, and Risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

  • Address operational or process gaps impacting sales efficiency and customer experience.

Market Development & Channel Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the assigned zone.

  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.

  • Strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.

Compliance, Governance & Customer Experience

  • Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Bank KYC/AML guidelines, internal credit policies, and sales governance frameworks.

  • Promote ethical selling practices, transparency, and high standards of customer service.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for all sourced applications.

Reporting, MIS & Sales Analytics

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on sales performance, productivity, and conversion trends.

  • Analyze sales data and recommend corrective actions or growth initiatives to senior management.

  • Track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
