Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
Drive credit card acquisition through direct sales teams and partner/alliances channels.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.
Implement zonal sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Ensure quality sourcing, activation, and portfolio sustainability.
Team Management & Performance Coaching
Recruit, train, coach, and manage Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Monitor daily productivity, conversion ratios, and sales pipelines.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured coaching for improvement.
Build a performance-driven, disciplined, and ethical sales culture.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Maintain close liaison with CRM, Operations (OPS), Credit, and Risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Address operational or process gaps impacting sales efficiency and customer experience.
Market Development & Channel Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the assigned zone.
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.
Strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.
Compliance, Governance & Customer Experience
Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Bank KYC/AML guidelines, internal credit policies, and sales governance frameworks.
Promote ethical selling practices, transparency, and high standards of customer service.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for all sourced applications.
Reporting, MIS & Sales Analytics
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on sales performance, productivity, and conversion trends.
Analyze sales data and recommend corrective actions or growth initiatives to senior management.
Track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
