Ability to design and implement awareness campaigns.
Analytical and organizational skills for tracking training metrics.
Responsibilities & Context:
Draft, update, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular awareness sessions, workshops, and phishing simulation drills.
Track and report employee participation and completion of training programs.
Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with policies.
Maintain training materials, documentation, and audit evidence.
Assist in compliance audits related to policy adherence and training.
