Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) and log analysis.
Strong incident management and SOC leadership skills.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage IAM systems, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and access lifecycle.
Implement and monitor role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM).
Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to define access policies.
Provide guidance on access-related incidents and escalations.
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
