Knowledge of IT asset management tools, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-departmentally and manage asset workflows.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and update the IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and virtual assets.
Implement asset classification standards and ensure adherence across the organization.
Support risk assessment processes by providing accurate asset data.
Coordinate with IT, Security, and business teams for asset tracking and lifecycle management.
Generate periodic asset reports and dashboards for senior management.
Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with asset-related policies.
