Responsibilities & Context:
We’re seeking a seasoned Zoho Implementation Expert to lead end-to-end deployments of the Zoho One suite or any other technology, including CRM, Books, HRMS, Projects, Recruit, Payroll, Inventory, Social, Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, and Analytics. You will drive system configuration, workflow automation, Zoho application implementation, and post-go-live bug and issue maintenance to ensure seamless adoption and high customer satisfaction.
Lead Implementations: Manage full-cycle Zoho One deployments— configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and go‑live—for modules such as CRM, Books, HRMS, Projects, Recruit, Payroll, Inventory, Social, Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, and Analytics.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows, approval processes, and business rules within Zoho applications to streamline operations.
User Acceptance Testing & Training: Support UAT, facilitate QA/testing sessions, provide end‑user support for validation, and comprehensive documentation for training materials.
Go‑Live Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system uptime, apply fixes, and coordinate with internal teams & Zoho as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Quality & Service Excellence: Uphold high standards in deliverables, ensuring on‑time project milestones completion, exceptional customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.
