• Odoo certification or similar qualifications is advantageous.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, and others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The Odoo Functional Consultant will manage end-to-end implementations of Odoo ERP for our clients, understand their requirements, configure modules, and provide training and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and proficiency in Odoo.

• Analyze client business requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities.
• Configuring Odoo modules to meet business requirements, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and CRM.
• Collaborate with the development team to define customizations and enhancements.
• Develop and document business process flows, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo.
• Support clients during testing and Go-Live phases to ensure successful deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve functional queries, and perform ongoing support.
