∎ Experience in yarn dyeing industry will get preference.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the teammates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Proper knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power point.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote yarn products.
∎ Search & expand new markets and develop a new customer base to increase sales volume and revenue generation.
∎ Conducting market research to identify potential customers and analyze market trends.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborating with the production department to ensure timely delivery of dyeing orders as per customer requirements.
∎ Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements with clients.
∎ Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
∎ Preparing sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyzing sales performance against targets.
∎ Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, or conferences to showcase dyeing products/services and generate leads.
∎ Coordinating with other departments such as logistics or finance for smooth order processing and payment collection.
∎ Updating Yarn’s Price list. & Follow up orders and ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Preparing “Pro Forma invoices (PI)” and “Yarn Order” and submitting scanned copies to the buyer through the mail.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for marketing activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher management.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Marketing with excellent administrative and analytical capabilities of Marketing skills to join our 100% Cotton Yarn Manufacturer & Exporter team. Marketing are expected to examine and compile market reports and be well acquainted with Company regulations.
