Responsibilities & Context:
Staff Management: Directing, training, mentoring, and scheduling technicians, ensuring proper skill allocation and performance.
Operations: Planning work activities, managing production schedules, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance/repairs.
Quality & Safety: Enforcing OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) policies, conducting quality checks, and managing incident reporting.
Resource Management: Overseeing inventory, equipment maintenance, and ordering supplies.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting operational issues, resolving customer concerns, and managing breakdowns.
