∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Reputed Public or Private Organization., Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Reputed Public or Private Organization.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Rajshahi University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law,HR Management
∎ Skills Required: Emotional Intelligence, Motivation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Compliance, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Context:
∎ Must-Have Good knowledge of Communication In English ( writing & Speaking).
∎ knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006, Amendment- 2013, Rules-2015 and Amendment- 2018 & 2019.
∎ Willingness to work in a factory environment.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and enforcing the provisions of the health program, occupational safety and environment.
∎ Give support to the employee’s activities performed by the Company (New year activity, Quality of Life activities and recognitions programs)
∎ Guarantee that the area under his/her responsibility is full compliance with the Company Code of Conduct.
∎ Guarantee that the company is full compliance with Bangladesh labor code 2006.
∎ Give support to the immediate supervisor to handle grievance procedures or policy: suggestion box, open door policy, etc.
∎ Coordinate the application of the absenteeism procedure or policy
∎ Coordinate any motivational program related to absenteeism
∎ Give support to apply disciplinary action.
∎ Conduct inquiry for disciplinary cases and make report.
∎ Keep up to date the report and record of the disciplinary process.
∎ Make the exit interview of the workers and keep up date an exit interview report.
∎ Support the implementation of the work climate survey and ensure compliance with action plan.
∎ Maintain a good working condition and a good climate of work between all workers and employees
∎ Conduct training on Company COC.
∎ Give support to immediate supervisor to make sure the compliance of our facility.
∎ Welfare Activities:
∎ Encourage the formation of different unions, joint manufacturing committees, co-operative society and welfare committee of the workers and supervising their activities;
∎ Observe different facilities including, canteen, waiting room, childcare center, adequate number of toilets and latrines, drinking water etc.
∎ Help the workers for having leaves granted with salary facilities and informing the workers about all kinds of leaves and other relevant regulations;
∎ Observe all kinds of labor facilities including, house financing, foods, recreational and social facilities in all co-operative societies, arrangement of health and hygiene maintenance, educational facilities of children of the workers;
∎ Try to improve the works and standard of living of the workers and recommending for their welfare and benevolence;
∎ Provide advice to the respective authority for arranging training for the new workers, developing the standard of education of the workers and encouraging them to be enrolled in technical institutes and helping them to receive approval for doing the same;
∎ Provide necessary help and advice to the workers and the Management Authority in order to implement the regulations of the institute;
∎ Maintain contact with the medical officers and the authority of the factory/institute to provide better treatment facilities to the workers;
∎ Take steps for the development of worker-owner relationship;
∎ Have discussion between the representative of the workers and the Owner Party about the conditions of service/labor contract;
∎ Take steps rapidly for reconciliation if there happens to be disagreement between the Owner and the workers;
∎ Hear the statements of the workers and helping the Owner and the workers in order to remove the difference of opinions between the two parties;
∎ Notify to the authority for speedy disposal of the objections that the workers have individually or collectively; and
∎ Make connections and arranging dialogue between the parties for maintaining co-operative relationship between the Owner and the workers;
∎ Perform such other functions as directed by the immediate supervisor in relation to the operation.
