Execution Production Plan

 Adjust production plan based on actual performance maintaining on time delivery.

 Ensure materialization & documentation before start bulk production.

 Make cut plan, embellishment plan and shipment plan following master sewing plan.

 Assisting in preparing master sewing plan. 

Monitoring and Controlling

 Monitor production performance and control working hour.

 Ensure on time shipment.

 Ensure smooth supply chain for plan execution.

 Monitor capacity utilization in value added process.

 Foresee potential risks for delivery as well as line input.

 Monitor PO closing & support for max ship.

 Control WIP in various process.

Reports

  Shipment projection

  Global recycle standard order maintain reports.

  Shipments follow up reports

  WIP reports for production follow up.
