• Conduct regular factory inspections to ensure compliance with GAP’s quality, ethical, social, and safety standards.

• Monitor production processes to verify adherence to approved samples, specifications, and buyer requirements.

• Inspect workmanship, fabric, trims, measurements, and finishing during in-line and final production stages.

• Identify quality, compliance, or process issues and report findings accurately and timely to the GAP buying team.

• Follow up with factories on corrective action plans (CAPs) and verify implementation within agreed timelines.

• Ensure factories comply with labour laws, workplace safety, environmental standards, and GAP Code of Conduct.

• Coordinate with vendors, factory management, merchandisers, and quality teams to resolve issues effectively.

• Review and validate production schedules to support on-time delivery.

• Conduct risk assessments and escalate critical issues that may impact quality, compliance, or shipment.

• Maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and photographs as per buyer requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and compliance.

• Represent GAP professionally and maintain ethical, respectful communication with all stakeholders.
