• Review UQ tech packs in detail and clarify construction, measurement, and workmanship requirements.

• Ensure samples are developed strictly as per UQ standards and buyer comments.

• Provide technical guidance to pattern makers and sample makers during sample development.

• Coordinate with Pattern Maker to ensure correct pattern development as per UQ specs.

• Verify measurements, tolerances, grading logic, and fit requirements.

• Conduct fit and workmanship checks before internal and buyer submission.

• Review fabric quality, shrinkage reports, and construction suitability.

• Support wash/non-wash program development and coordinate with wash plants if applicable.

• Ensure trims and accessories comply with UQ requirements.

• Quality & Workmanship Assurance

• Monitor sample workmanship, stitching quality, seam types, SPI, and finishing details.

• Ensure needle detection, safety, and compliance requirements are met.

• Conduct pre-dispatch sample tracking and final technical sign-off.
