Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between Workers and Management.
∎ 2. Conduct workers orientation training.
∎ 3. Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ 4.Handling employee grievance and counseling.
∎ 5.Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ 6. Handling grievances at the initial stage.
∎ 7.Listening to workers and counseling them as well.
∎ 8.Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ 9.Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ 10.Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
∎ 11.Deal with wages and employment matters by joint consultation with the management and worker's representative body.
∎ 12.Promote healthy labor management practices.
∎ 13.Keep co-ordination with the medical officer for better services and treatment of the workers;

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
