Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Absent Counseling.
∎ Floor House Keeping.
∎ Grievance Handling.
∎ Child care monitoring and maintaining register.
∎ Must stay at floor during “Music Time” (02 times a day) to monitoring housekeeping.
∎ Ensure pregnant worker special facility and prepare maternity benefit.
∎ Ensure medical facility for all.
∎ Conduct Welfare related Training.
∎ Prepare Training documents.
∎ Document monitoring and update/prepare.
∎ Dining monitoring during lunch time (1.00 pm to 1.30 pm).
∎ Desk Job Such as (Grievance, Medical Bill, Daily Output Analysis)
∎ Prepare Maternity payment related documents and all procedure.
∎ PPE Follow-up maintains and keeps record.
∎ Follow up MR Issue of different buyers.
∎ Opening Grievance box, prepare and update registers ( Solve those grievance immediately).
∎ Prepared (Maternity return, Injury Record, Worker participation committee) Letter & post to Labour Department for their acknowledgement.
∎ Prepared Maternity requisition (Upcoming & Ongoing Worker)
∎ Prepared Training Schedule.
∎ Floor Checklist such as Fist aid box, Toilet Cleaning, Water check list.
∎ Prepared monthly injury & sick repot and analysis the Data for reduce injury & sickness.
∎ Lost time injury report.
∎ Near missing injury report.
∎ Salary Distribution to the workers.
∎ Conduct (Worker participation committee, Grievance Committee) meeting & prepared meeting minutes send to labour office
∎ Prepared yearly maternity return and Yearly Minor Injury record and send o labour office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ listen; sensitivity and empathy; patience and a calm manner.
∎ Ability to relate to a wide range of people.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill both in English and Bengali.
