∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ Mahmud Fashion Limited is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as a Welfare Officer- HR, Admin & Compliance Department.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain the co-ordination between workers and employers through discussion.
∎ Conduct the awareness program for the employees about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety first aid etc.
∎ Counsel the workers on general issues like- company rules, regulations, policies and discipline, health, hygiene and safety issues.
∎ To counsel workers on disciplinary issues.
∎ Counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR section.
∎ To execute orientation and awareness program for the new workers.
∎ Take care of workers, special care of pregnant workers.
∎ Monitoring pregnant workers and arrange monthly check up by doctors.
∎ Daily floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Monitoring child care, canteen, dining.
∎ Maintain P.A system announcement according to management approval and kept record.
∎ Collect and solve the employee's grievances on top most priority basis.
∎ Supervising welfare facilities of the factory.
∎ Maintain maternity calculation & leave register as per labor law.
∎ Every day conduct training according to the interest of the company.
∎ To provide psychological support to the worker.
∎ To motivate worker to do better work.
∎ To make the worker aware about productivity & quality.
∎ Always Ensuring worker Grievances are resolved with caring approach.
∎ New Worker recruitment and selection.
∎ Manage Employee grievance & remedies as per the statutory norms.
∎ Sound knowledge about the requirement of BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, OCS, RCS, GAP, C&A, GTW, RTM etc.
∎ Any Special Assignment provide by the management.
∎ To maintain chain of command of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)

Salary: Negotiable
