Develop and implement merchandising plans to achieve sales targets and market positioning objectives.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
Oversee product assortment, pricing, and lifecycle management to meet market and customer needs.
Lead, mentor, and manage the merchandising and marketing team to ensure high performance and accountability.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to inform merchandising and marketing decisions.
