• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong technical knowledge of garment manufacturing machines, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Additional certifications in machine maintenance, production management, or industrial automation are a plus.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead technicians and maintenance staff.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

• Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and upgrading of garment machinery.

A Leading Knitwear Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Garment Machine Maintenance Manager / Senior Manager to lead our machinery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all garment machines, optimize maintenance processes, and support production targets through efficient machine management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all garment machines operate efficiently and reliably.

2. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

3. Collaborate with the production department to ensure machines support daily production targets.

4. Supervise machine operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.

5. Install and commission new machines and equipment in the factory.

6. Prepare machine maintenance budgets and implement strategies to reduce costs through effective planning and preventive maintenance.

7. Recommend machine upgrades to enhance productivity and efficiency.
