We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer to lead the overall operations of a Business Zone. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, production efficiency, quality compliance, and business growth while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and buyer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations of garments manufacturing and laundry units within the business zone.

• Ensure achievement of production targets, operational efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery (OTD).

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and plant utilization.

• Coordinate with merchandising, planning, IE, quality, compliance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor capacity planning, production performance, and operational KPIs across all units.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, international standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and operational cost control.

• Lead and develop a large cross-functional team, ensuring effective leadership, performance management, and succession planning.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, buyers, and senior management.
