Responsibilities & Context:
To make program, sample checking and technical report.
Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing laboratory activities.
Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
Follow-up on development samples with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Analytical skills of understanding the dyeing, printing, finishing and washing processes.
Prepare daily lab reports.
Check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
Evaluate samples received for testing.
Perform all assigned tests.
Review final testing data/worksheets.
Submitting daily status of testing to immediate superior.
Ensure supplying of updated and corrected TDS, MSDS and other necessary documents of different products (dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries) to clients, sales & marketing team and others. Act as an effective corporate communicator.
Perform any other task as assigned by the Management time to time.
