1.      Oversee all fabric finishing operations and daily production activities

2.      Ensure finished fabric meets required quality and buyer specifications

3.      Monitor finishing machines (stenter, compactor, dryer, gollar, brush, peach & etc.)

4.      Plan and control production to meet delivery deadlines

5.      Supervise finishing, executives, supervisors, operators, and workers

6.      Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, lab, and quality teams

7.      Maintain proper finishing parameters (GSM, width, shrinkage, shade, hand feel)

8.      Reduce defects, reprocessing, and fabric wastage

9.      Ensure efficient use of chemicals, utilities, and machines

10.   Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep

11.   Prepare production and performance reports

12.   Maintain workplace safety and compliance in the finishing department

13.   Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
