Galaxy Apparel Industry Ltd co. is looking for a dynamic, energetic & confident personnel for Compliance Department who has working experience in Garments factory. If you think you have the right skills and capabilities for the mentioned position you are requested to apply with CV.
Act as a bridge between the Management and the workers. Aware the workers of their legal rights, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and discipline. Provide counseling to the workers when required. • Identify and resolve the grievances of workers with the coordination of all concerned departments. Arrange various types of training programs and maintain the documents accordingly. Regularly monitor all welfare facilities (e.g., Canteen, kitchen, restroom, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water, etc.) of workers. Handle maternity-related issues and communicate concerned person accordingly. Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Jordan Labor Law and Labor Rules. To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc. The daily announcement by the PA system regarding. Floor observation, worker`s problem handling & implementing the industrial relations To encourage the formation of works committees and joint production committees, co-operatives societies, and welfare committees and to supervise their workings. To promote healthy labor-management practices. To keep coordination with the medical officer of the factory for better services and treatment of the workers. To help the management of the factory in regulating the grant of leave with wages and explain to the workers the provisions relating to leave with wages and leave privileges and to guide the workers in the matters of submission of application for a grant to leave and for regulating authorized absence. To suggest measures that will serve to raise the working and living conditions of the workers and promote their general well-being. Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training such as Orientation, Grievance, OHS, Compliance, PC, Safety, etc. Any other task is given by the Head of the department & management.
