Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have 4/5 years of experience in RMG as Welfare Officer.
∎ Candidate must have 4/5 years of experience in RMG as Welfare Officer.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Listen to associates’ s concerns and understand, empathize with them, and give advice.
∎ Monitor suspicious activity and organize the multiple problems in one pivoting point and be able to project rightly to the HR Head.
∎ Follow up with the associates who need maternity benefits and make a budget every month.
∎ Prepare the maternity benefits list with the necessary documents as per law.
∎ Knowledge about labor law rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure the leave implementation, facilities of the canteen, medical, daycare, drinking water, toilets, health and hygiene etc.
