Responsibilities & Context:
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring open communication.
- Actively engage in field marketing to promote IT services, focusing on building a strong local client base.
- Ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, college, Madrasah and organizations to identify their IT service needs.
- Conduct market analysis to assess local competition and understand customer preferences in IT solutions.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to demonstrate IT services and generate leads.
- Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of IT services to prospective clients, showcasing how they can solve specific challenges.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
