Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement weight processing strategies to optimize production efficiency and ensure high-quality textile products.
∎ Monitor and control weight processing operations, including dyeing, printing, finishing, and other related processes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to coordinate and streamline weight processing activities.
∎ Conduct thorough analysis of weight processing parameters, such as dye concentrations, temperature, pressure, and time, to ensure consistent and accurate results.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in weight processing techniques and develop and implement process optimization plans.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during weight processing operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging weight processing technologies, and recommend and implement relevant innovations.
∎ Train and mentor junior staff members on weight processing techniques, equipment operation, and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Weight Processing Textile Engineer or in a similar role within the textile industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of weight processing techniques, equipment, and related processes.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
∎ Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices.
∎ Proficient in using software applications relevant to weight processing operations.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to weight processing operations.
