∎ 10-15 years of experience in similar position in a knit composite factory·
∎ Must have adequate updated knowledge on labor laws, Compensation & Benefit and compliance related issues.·
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.·
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.·
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.·
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement HR & Admin policies at the site. ·
∎ Develop HR policies and guidelines and have to ensure that all are compiled.
∎ Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employees.
∎ Create departmental KPI.
∎ Standardize the disciplinary action process. ·
∎ Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified. Conduct interviews and selection process.
∎ Reduce employee turnover rate. Ensure that all employees records remain Updated with legal reduce Office Cost aspects being complied.
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
∎ Develop and update the organizational structure as per labor law.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the top management from time to time.
∎ Arrange and coordination audit, review, and examination activities.
∎ Keep an eye on the floor to check for any compliance problems.
∎ Inspire staff members to uphold all forms of personal safety.
∎ Provide comprehensive training to all personnel regarding safety awareness and keep track of all training records.
∎ Educate the staff on matters of health and safety.
∎ Verify that the factories are adhering to social ethics, safety and health regulations etc.
∎ Identify any non-compliance issues through internal auditing and continuous monitoring in the production.
∎ Undertake internal auditing while keeping in mind the Labor Law, Buyers COC, Factory Rules, and other national and international legal documents.
∎ Keep an eye on compliance certifications such as RSC, WRAP, HIGG, BSCI, SEDEX, SQP-QS.
∎ As directed by factory management, provide internal training on OH&S, EMS, fire safety, grievance, etc. for all employees.
∎ Perform routine internal H&S and environmental assessments. Periodically review and update all legal documents, certificates and licenses by corresponding with the relevant authorities.

We are currently looking for a DGM-Admin & HR who is ready to take the overall responsibility of the factory.
