Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a woven garment manufacturing setup.
∎ Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines, cutting equipment, and other garments production machinery.
∎ Proven leadership and team management skills.
∎ Familiarity with maintenance best practices and tools like CMMS software.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
∎ Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across the factory, ensuring optimal functionality of all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
∎ Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and execute timely repairs to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
∎ Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring they are well-trained in handling and troubleshooting machinery.
∎ Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to align maintenance activities with production goals.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance processes.
∎ Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and machinery logs.
∎ Propose and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance machine efficiency and reduce operational costs.
∎ Stay updated on the latest technologies and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance production capability.
