∎ 2. Machine Setup & Maintenance:
∎ Oversee the setup, programming, and operation of Jacquard and Shima Seiki machines.
∎ Coordinate regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
∎ 3. Industrial Engineering Tasks:
∎ Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity.
∎ Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
∎ Analyze workflow and production layout for optimization.
∎ 4. Quality Assurance:
∎ Monitor fabric quality during production and ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.
∎ 5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
∎ Track machine performance, efficiency, and output data.
∎ Prepare reports on production, downtime, and efficiency.
∎ 6. Team Coordination:
∎ Work closely with the production team, supervisors, and maintenance staff.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor's degree/diploma in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Knowledge of Jacquard and Shima Seiki machine operations and programming.
∎ Familiarity with knitting patterns, fabric types, and machine settings.
∎ Skills:
∎ Strong understanding of production planning and control techniques.
∎ Proficiency in software used for industrial knitting machines (e.g., Shima Seiki SDS-ONE APEX).
∎ Analytical thinking for process improvement.
∎ Communication and coordination skills.
∎ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
