• Executive: 2–4 years in a garment manufacturing factory.

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting inline, end-line, pre-final, and final inspections of garments to ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, and company quality requirements. Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and maintain quality documentation throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and final inspections.

• Perform Inline, End-line, Pre-final, and Final Random Inspection (FRI) as per buyer requirements.

• Apply AQL inspection procedures during final inspection.

• Check garment measurements against approved size specifications.

• Inspect workmanship, stitching, appearance, accessories, labels, and packing.

• Identify defects and classify them as Critical, Major, and Minor.

• Prepare inspection reports with photographs and defect analysis.

• Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) and quality KPIs.

• Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, and Finishing teams to resolve quality issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why or Fishbone techniques.

• Verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with buyer manuals and factory SOPs.

• Support third-party and buyer inspections.

• Maintain quality records and audit documentation.

• Train QC Inspectors and production operators on quality standards.
