∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the entire merchandising process from sample development to shipment & ensure payment.
∎ Prepare Time and action plan (TNA) and also sourcing plan with execution.
∎ Coordinate with buyers and production teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time.
∎ Monitor production status and update all stakeholders regularly.
∎ Work closely with the design and development teams to create samples as per buyer requirements.
∎ Review and approve samples, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
∎ Ensure clear and effective communication with clients regarding order status, changes, and delivery schedules.
∎ Follow up with planning/production team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Address any quality issues with urgency and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including order details, correspondence, and quality reports.
∎ Prepare regular reports on order status, production schedules, and inventory levels for management review.
∎ Follow up on all production and keep merchandising team informed about the progress.
∎ Liaison with the commercial team about shipping documents, undertaking all formalities, and updating buyers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
