∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the quality of dyed yarn and manage daily activities of the Quality Department.
∎ Check the dyed yarn shade with the approved shade card and lab report.
∎ Provide the right decision for major quality issues.
∎ Discuss with the customer about problematic yarns which are knittable.
∎ Handle the customer with their individual customers quality requirements.
∎ Make a daily urgent list and give it to the dryer, hard winding, and packing section.
∎ Analysis of the weekly and monthly quality performance.
∎ Report to the top management with data and information.
∎ Manage the QAD staff and workers.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager / Manager - Quality (Yarn Dyeing) who will be responsible for the Yarn Dyeing Quality in the Yarn Dyeing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
