∎ Experience in production management in a woven garment’s factory, specializing in bottom items.
∎ Proven track record of working with international buyers such as VF Corporation (Vans, Dickies, Timberland), H&M, or similar brands.
∎ Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management, and lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to ensure timely delivery and meet buyer specifications.
∎ Optimize the production process, line balancing, and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality standards.
∎ Supervise, motivate, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet buyers' quality expectations.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer standards, ethical practices, and sustainability guidelines.
∎ Act as the primary contact for buyers, addressing their technical and production-related queries.
∎ Manage production costs while ensuring efficiency and minimizing wastage.
∎ Production Oversight:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to ensure timely delivery and meet buyer specifications.
∎ Efficiency Management:
∎ Optimize the production process, line balancing, and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality standards.
∎ Team Leadership:
