· Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and sustainability standards.· Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.· Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental management.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop and implement EHS and Sustainability policies, procedures, and programs.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations, buyer requirements, and international standards.
· Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
· Manage fire safety, emergency preparedness, PPE, and chemical management programs.
· Lead initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and carbon emissions.
· Coordinate environmental and social compliance audits and certifications.
· Prepare EHS and Sustainability reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Conduct employee awareness and training programs.
· Lead and develop the EHS & Sustainability team.
