Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
The AGM – R&D will lead research, innovation, and product development initiatives to improve product quality, production efficiency, and business competitiveness. The role requires extensive experience in textile manufacturing, fabric development, and process innovation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Research & Development department.
Develop new textile products, fabrics, and value-added solutions based on market demand.
Conduct research on raw materials, production processes, and emerging textile technologies.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Drive innovation projects and ensure successful commercialization of developed products.
Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and R&D documentation.
Ensure compliance with local and international textile standards.
Lead and mentor the R&D team to achieve departmental objectives.
