Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee Design & Development activities for the EU market.

• Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and sourcing research.

• Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, color stories, and product concepts.

• Manage design timelines and ensure all developments meet buyer deadlines.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to buyers.

• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and product development teams.

• Work closely with buyers including Inditex Group (Zara & Bershka) to understand requirements and market trends.

• Ensure designs align with customer expectations, brand identity, and commercial viability.
