Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Apparel Manufacturing Management, or related discipline. MBA will be considered an added advantage.

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Central Planning, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Planning within a reputed garments manufacturing organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Sound knowledge of knit garments and denim production processes.

Job Context:
A renowned and leading export-oriented Knit Garments & Denim Manufacturing Group is looking for a competent, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of Central Planning. The selected candidate will be responsible for production planning, order execution monitoring, capacity management, and coordination among merchandising, production, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain factory-wise production plans based on order loading and capacity.
Monitor order progress from booking to shipment and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments.
Analyze production capacity and prepare capacity utilization reports.
Identify potential production bottlenecks and take proactive measures to resolve them.
Follow up on raw material availability and production readiness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning and shipment status reports for management.
Ensure smooth execution of customer orders according to delivery commitments.
Support management with planning-related data analysis and decision-making
