∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • At least 10 years practical experiences in 100% export-oriented woven RMG factory as PM.
∎ • Sound knowledge Woven denim and non-denim Long Pant, Cargo, Short Pant and Jacket for Means, Ladies & Kids
∎ • Practical experience's & work knowledge in Wal-Mart, Perry Ellis, JC Penney, Mango, Zara, Inditex, Kiabi, Costco etc. buyers and their social and technical (Quality) standard
∎ • Written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ • Leadership Quality.
∎ • Good Physical Strength for hard works with fitness.
∎ • Must know ( MS Word & Excel)
∎ • Good Mailing communication skill
∎ • Must be Honest, Open Minded & Truthful.
∎ • Must be a Good team player.
∎ • Must be a Good compliance executor at workplace.
∎ • Must have Knowledge of 5S & lean management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Responsible for all activities from cutting, sewing, Finishing & Packing.
∎ • Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per plan.
∎ • Ensure achievement of daily, weekly & monthly production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective floor within given time-frame.
∎ • Control day-to-day operations of the production ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by buyer requirement and management expectation.
∎ • Control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage to follow proper planning and instruction.
∎ • Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technical problem solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ • Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ • Check lay out plan to achieve maximum production.
∎ • Monitor and control utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ • Ensure high quality product for each style and every process
∎ • Supervise production floor closely for optimum level of productivity.
∎ • Establish effective communication with cutting, finishing & quality team to fulfill the target productivity and to avoid any short shipment.
∎ • Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.
∎ • Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
∎ • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return and assets.
∎ • Ensure floor compliance, good housekeeping, health & safety, floor administration and smooth relation between staffs and workers.
∎ • Optimize Style changeover time & following up SOP strictly.
