Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly deal with the Management with 100% Honesty and dedication in all aspect.
∎ Ensure daily Knitting Production & programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule.
∎ Ensure Knitting production per machine per day
∎ Select & set Knitting parameter discussing with Knitting GM.
∎ Should be expert on all type of adjustment of knitting machines.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize Knitting defects & process loss.
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
∎ Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
∎ Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
∎ Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities & ensure that it’s happening with in the time frame.
∎ Must have auto stripe & jacquard machine experience
