Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Schedule dyeing operations to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
∎ Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen circumstances.
∎ Maintain & Follow-up MISQuality Control:
∎ Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure consistent color accuracy, shade matching, and fabric integrity.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from specifications.
∎ Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.Process Optimization:
∎ Continuously evaluate and optimize dyeing finishing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements, such as new dyeing finishing techniques, equipment upgrades, or chemical substitutions.
∎ Implement new technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.Team Management:
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the dyeing finishing team to foster a positive work environment and maximize productivity.
∎ Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve skills and knowledge.Environmental and Safety Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
∎ Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect employees and minimize accidents.
∎ Monitor and manage waste disposal to minimize environmental impact.
∎ Production Planning and Scheduling:
