∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a technical role in a woven garment’s factory, with expertise in bottom items production.
∎ Proven track record of working with buyers such as VF Corporation, Bestseller, H&M, and similar global brands.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and production machinery.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a technical role in a woven garment’s factory, with expertise in bottom items production.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the technical aspects of product development, ensuring alignment with buyer requirements and specifications.
∎ Coordinate with design, pattern, and sampling teams for efficient product execution.
∎ Lead and manage the technical team across all 30 production lines to maintain quality and efficiency.
∎ Implement best practices to improve production techniques and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Ensure all products meet the technical and quality standards of buyers like VF Corporation (Vans, Timberland, Dickies), H&M, and other clients.
∎ Monitor pre-production and in-line quality control to minimize defects.
∎ Train and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure collaboration between production, merchandising, and quality assurance teams.
∎ Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, technical audits, and industry standards.
∎ Stay updated on global technical trends, production technologies, and compliance measures.
∎ Address and resolve technical issues during sampling and bulk production stages.
∎ Work proactively to prevent potential production disruptions.
∎ Product Development & Execution:
