Who We Are Looking For:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Stock Management Expertise: Strong understanding of stock counting, stock accuracy, and warehouse best practices.
• Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Work Ethic: Hardworking, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently.
• Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
• Stock Accuracy & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and identify discrepancies.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with transport providers to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Team Supervision: Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety protocols and maintain compliance with company regulations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of stock movements, shipments, and prepare warehouse reports.
