- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office; fast and accurate typing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, financial reports, and payroll.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, update ledgers, and manage petty cash.
- Administrative Support: Handle clerical tasks, correspondence, document filing, and email management.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Compliance & Auditing: Assist with bank reconciliations, financial audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Logistics & Inventory: Support inventory record-keeping and office supply management.
- Operations Support: Assist in logistics coordination and ensure adherence to company policies.
- General Admin Duties: Undertake any additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
