Experience:
Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2 to 3 years of experience in accounts and finance in related business field.
At least 2 years of experience working in a Hospital, Diagnostic Center, or Healthcare facility is preferable.
Experience in using HIS (Hospital Information Systems) is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of hospital revenue cycles.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and interact professionally with doctors and patients.
High level of integrity and confidentiality. High level of empathy, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
