Experience in a similar position in reputed Pharma companies will be considered as an added advantage.

Excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal skills.Efficiency, flexibility, high level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Should be self-driven and hardworking.
To be able on computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Internet Browsing, etc.).Industry knowledge (pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Financial planning and budgeting: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Financial analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Team management: Lead finance team, oversee accounting, and ensure efficient processes.
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Overseeing financial audits and ensuring internal controls
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management
