Education:

    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

  • Strong coordination and reporting skills

  • To be able on computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Internet Browsing, etc.).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain plant-level accounts related to General Services and administrative operations.

  • Report and coordinate with the Finance & Accounts Department at Head Office on a regular and as-needed basis.

  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, statements, and expense summaries to Head Office.

  • Distribute cash salaries/wages to staff and workers as per approved schedules and policies.

  • Maintain and control petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and timely replenishment.

  • Handle cash management, including receipts, payments, and daily cash balances.

  • Prepare and process vendor and service provider payments (transport, canteen, utilities, housekeeping, security, etc.).

  • Verify bills, vouchers, attendance sheets, and supporting documents before payment.

  • Ensure proper cash book, vouchers, and registers are updated and reconciled regularly.

  • Assist in month-end closing and provide required data for accounts finalization.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and financial controls.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and explanations.

  • Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by management or Head Office.
