Responsibilities & Context:

Core Design Responsibilities:

• Design and develop pharmaceutical product labels, cartons/boxes, and packaging materials in compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines

• Create high-quality designs for shopping bags, annual reports, slide decks, business cards, letterheads, and other corporate materials

• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand identity, typography, and visual standards

Print Production & Technical Expertise:

• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper settings (CMYK color mode, bleed, trim marks, resolution)

• Manage and apply accurate color profiles to ensure consistency across print outputs

• Select and recommend appropriate paper stock, finishes (lamination, embossing, UV), and printing techniques

• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality control and production accuracy

Compliance & Accuracy (Pharma Focus):

• Ensure all packaging and labeling designs comply with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Verify text accuracy, barcodes, batch information placement, and mandatory labeling elements

• Work closely with QA/Regulatory teams for approvals and revisions

Creative & Digital Support:

• Design presentations (PowerPoint), marketing collaterals, and digital creatives when required

• Support internal teams with visual communication needs and campaign materials

Collaboration & Workflow Management

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, QA, and Production teams for design requirements

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within deadlines
